Where are you?

You are here...

I love this little map. I love that just now, I logged onto look at any comments you kind people had left me and as my little map was twirling round, I saw I had a visitor from my home town of Bradford.

Can't explain how very happy that made me!

We talk about a small world. Why, if you waved, I could SEE you!

    1. Isn't it just! I know some people feel we give away too much information about ourselves, but I find the good things in all this information sharing. It's why many of us blog - to be in touch with others. Thanks! Axxx

  2. It's cute and I know just what you mean, Annie. I have ClustrMaps on my blog and also enjoy seeing the little twinkling lights across the world, showing from where people have recently accessed my blog. Talk about the worldwide human family. :-)

    1. I have both, Perpetua and love seeing where people have visited from. Janice has recently found family in the other side of the world. No doubt there'll be more twinkling lights for her from that area in future. It's lovely to know this contact can be made so easily for us from so far away. Axxx

Good speed with the packing. We are due this weekend to go to the East Coast and set the caravan up for the new season.Everything was packed up into boxes last October.I am always pleasantly surprised when i unpack them---having little recollection of what they might contain!!! x Maria.

    1. Thanks Maria - the joy of this little globe is that you can stop it from time to time!

Hope you find all well in your caravan. At least for me, this move won't hold any surprises as we're only going a few kilometres and I can unpack as boxes arrive...but I have a lot more still to bring from northern Spain that I haven't seen for two and a half years! (Can't be anything important though as I haven't missed anything!)

  6. But they always get me WRONG! Your map says I'm visiting from Lincoln - others say I'm in Grimsby or Nottingham. None of them have ever said Kirby Hill, just North of Harrogate!

    1. Actually, I know exactly what you mean, Nilly! Mine says I'm from Madrid...must be how we have our computers set up and I don't know how to change it. I know it's possible for it to say Alcala la Real because I've seen other visitors from there. If I find out how to change it, I'll let you know! Axxx

  7. Hi Annie,
Wish I was a little more tech savvy and could access twirling globes with twinkling lights. Greetings from Chicago this week. It's a small world for sure and I love it. Hope all well with the move. Al xx

    1. Hi Alan! Good job it's a small world for you - you are in a different country every week! I can't keep up with you. I'm much happier sitting here watching a globe spin, than whizzing around it myself but you seem to be thriving on it.
Thanks for the good moving wishes - I'm beginning to realise I will need them.
      Hugs,
      Axxx

  8. I'm waving but it's a bit cloudy so you probably can't see.

  9. I'm sitting here in sipping my morning cup of tea, waving at you from just outside of Chicago, where it is very cold and very sunny, and I am smiling at the thought of your world, and mine, spinning so nicely.

    1. That's so lovely, Penny! Thank you for waving - you've made me smile too. I'm about to have an evening cup of tea and will wave back. The sun has been out all day and it's been very spring-like though we're expecting more rain tomorrow. And yes, this is Andalucia I'm talking about!
